Mrs. Thrasher serves as real estate counsel for the firm and has been practicing commercial real estate law for twelve years. She specializes in the areas of banking and commercial real estate, with a concentration in secured lending. Her practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate law, including representing developers in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, portfolio transactions and mixed use developments, and in obtaining debt and equity financing for such developers. Corrie has also represented lenders, syndicators and banks in making loans, as well as private equity investors making investments in real estate projects of all types. She has experience in the real estate aspects of low income housing transactions, historic tax credit transactions, conservation easements and renewable energy development.
