Mr. Llama is an associate in the firm's tax practice, focusing primarily on the representation of syndicators of tax-incentivized transactions involving both federal and state tax credit private equity investments. Most of these transactions deal with historic rehabilitation, low-income housing, and renewable energy tax credits. Mr. Llama also represents investors and developers involved in conservation motivated real estate transactions.
