Mr. Marzetti has been practicing tax law in Atlanta since 1975. During his career, he has dealt with most of the significant areas of corporate, partnership and individual income taxation. He has broad and substantial experience with respect to the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, the structuring of partnerships and joint ventures, and international taxation. Since 1994, a major portion of his practice has involved the representation of investors in, and syndicators and developers of, projects that qualify for various tax credits, including low-income housing tax credits, renewable energy credits, historic tax credits and new markets tax credits.
